You can request a return or exchange of products except Overall spray, as long as the shipment is intact, in its original condition, and without any damage, by contacting:

To request a product replacement or return, please send the following information:
- order number
- Define the process “replace/refund”
- Replacement goods “in case of replacement”
Please note that:
- If the exchange or return is approved, the shipping policy will be sent to the customer, and the customer will deliver the order to the nearest branch of the shipping company.
The request must be delivered to the shipping company branch within two days of the policy issuance date at most to avoid cancellation of the return or exchange request.
- Free products sent with the order cannot be exchanged or returned.
You will be informed of the return method and will be served directly once your order is received and the products and accessories are in good condition.
The order will be executed within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order, or 10 days if the order is outside Riyadh.
- If the replacement product is not available, you will be contacted via email or the number registered in the order.
The amount will be refunded within 10 working days from the date we receive the order from the shipping company.
Exchange and return terms:
- The replacement or return request must be made within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition and all tags must be intact.
The brand box must be attached to the product and must be intact and undamaged.
The customer will be charged an additional 50 riyals for shipping in the event of an exchange or return, and this amount will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount in the event of a return.
